Why:To help our lonely single friends find love whilst also raising funds for the Maitland Apex Club's local community projects.

The Venue: Meet a Mate in Maitland will be held at, Barley Stacks, the first commercial vineyard to be established in the traditional barley belt of Yorke Peninsula, South Australia, renowned for growing the world's best malting barley. Barley Stacks is situated approximately 13 kilometres south of Maitland in the Urania District.

The Band: Mamboobies play classic rock party music, anything from the 60’s right through to current hits.

Mamboobies (pictured right, with Jimmy Barnes who will NOT be performing with Mamboobies) is a six piece band who play classic rock with passion and fun.
